Ultra Flake combines a seamless epoxy base with a Full Flake Broadcast, followed by finish-specific clear coats selected for the space and expected use.
The textured finish helps disguise concrete imperfections, provides natural grip and offers the design flexibility of stone, granite and contemporary colour range.

Flake encapsulation
An Entrapment Coat or Flood Coat encapsulates the prepared Full Flake Broadcast before the final Top Coat(s).
BASE COAT + FULL FLAKE BROADCAST
Decorative flake application
The Base Coat receives a Full Flake Broadcast for consistent colour, coverage and texture.
PRIME COAT
Tinted Base Coat
The Primer Coat is applied to the mechanically prepared and repaired concrete.
PATCH & FILL
Cracks and defects repaired
Cracks, divots and identified defects are patched, filled and prepared before coating.
MECHANICAL GRIND
Diamond-ground concrete
The concrete is mechanically ground and dust-extracted to create the required surface profile.
