Where decorative flooring meets practical grip.

Quartz Shield combines a coloured epoxy base with a full broadcast of graded coloured quartz. Once refined and sealed, the result is a tough, continuous surface with purposeful texture and a more architectural appearance than plain non-slip coatings.

Because the quartz forms the working surface—not merely an additive—the system is particularly useful where wet conditions, regular cleaning or heavy use influence the specification.

Project-specific slip performance

The final texture and required slip classification should be selected for the actual environment. We assess exposure, drainage, cleaning and intended use before recommending a finish.

Quartz Shield uses fine mineral aggregate broadcast into epoxy to form a dense, resin-bound wearing surface. That makes its texture and visual scale distinctly different from Ultra Flake and Hyper Flake decorative vinyl systems.

Mechanical Grind

Mechanically prepare the concrete and detail edges to establish the required surface profile.

Patch & Fill

Treat cracks and defects as required before coating.

Primer Coat

Apply the specified epoxy Primer Coat to the prepared substrate.

Base Coat

Apply the specified coloured epoxy Base Coat.

Full Quartz Broadcast

Broadcast the selected coloured quartz to full coverage.

Top Coats

Apply the specified Top Coats and allow the system to cure before return to service.
