Preparation is personal.

I've installed epoxy floors on homes and commercial sites, from garages and driveways to a pharmaceutical facility, where preparation and finish standards are strict. I'm APC-trained and Shieldcoat-trained, and I work from a fully equipped van with commercial diamond grinders and industrial dust extraction. That commercial experience is why every residential floor we do starts with proper preparation.

For every space, the preparation is matched to its concrete and coating system. A spray-on resin driveway and a garage flake floor are not treated as the same job.

Trained with APC and Shieldcoat.

Gautham is APC-trained and Shieldcoat-trained, including the Shieldcoat Step Safe Heavy Duty graduate training in September 2026. Training does not replace the need to assess each slab and follow the selected product’s instructions.

Experience that supports residential work.

The pharmaceutical floor shown in our gallery was Vantage’s own project. It is supporting evidence of coatings experience, not an offer of commercial services. The client and location are not identified without permission.

Clear communication.

We put the preparation, finish, agreed repairs and workmanship cover in writing. If a hidden concrete problem is found, we stop and discuss it before continuing.
