Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry asks us to contact you; it does not book a job or form an installation contract. We confirm availability, inspect the site where needed and provide a written scope and quote. The website does not take payments.

Prices and payment

Published starting prices include GST and are subject to site inspection and concrete condition. Preparation, repairs, access, selected finish and area can affect the final price. Your written quote and applicable contract identify the agreed scope, price, payment schedule and any deposit within applicable legal limits. Changes to the scope must be agreed before proceeding.

Photos, colours and specifications

Photographs and digital colours are indicative. Confirm your selection with a physical sample and the written specification. Credited example images from The Epoxy Muncherz show that provider’s work, not projects completed by Vantage. We confirm the suitable product, preparation, curing and care instructions for each job.

Workmanship and consumer rights

Our workmanship warranty explains the approved 5-year covered-area and 3-year exposed-area cover, exclusions and claims process. The installed system, coated areas and completion date are recorded in the job documents. Any additional manufacturer cover is offered only with its applicable written terms.

Nothing on this website excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Job-specific contract requirements are addressed before work is accepted.
