The final quote depends on the concrete, preparation, finish and access, and is subject to inspection.

Yes. Vantage Coatings is owner-run, and Gautham is on site for every job. You can discuss the preparation and finish directly with the person doing the work.

We inspect the existing coating and concrete first. Old coating removal and repairs can affect the preparation, price and schedule. We explain these in the written quote.

There is no single cure time for every coating. We give you walk-on and vehicle-use instructions for the selected system, based on its product data sheet and site conditions. Do not use the floor before the advised cure time.

Vantage offers 5-year workmanship cover for garages and covered alfresco or patios, and 3-year workmanship cover for driveways, paths and exposed areas. It covers peeling, delamination, bubbling, blistering or curing failures caused by our preparation, mixing or application. Full terms and exclusions apply; the final warranty document is awaiting legal review before launch.
