Is the concrete diamond ground, or only acid washed / pressure washed?	We specify diamond grinding for the garage flake system.
How many coats go down, and is the flake a full broadcast?	The quote states the layer schedule. Hyper and Ultra use a full broadcast; Partial Flake uses a deliberate lighter scatter.
Is the clear topcoat polyaspartic (UV-stable) or a cheaper epoxy that can yellow?	Our garage flake quote specifies polyaspartic clear topcoats and the exact product.
Is the warranty in writing, and how many years?	5-year garage workmanship warranty, with written terms and exclusions.
